As a general rule, all work should be completed within 48hrs after artwork is confirmed. Certain goods can be delivered within an hour or less. For urgent orders we can assist with express(express fee applies)

No. Sublimation works best for 100% polyester only. However we can use DTF technology on cotton

Please note that 200-300mm is normally needed for feeding fabric into the press before putting in the printed paper for sublimation. A further 200mm is needed at the end for cutting. Thus a need for an extra 1m for fabric

We charge for wastage as our standard paper size is 1.3 in width. We advise clients to maximize their artwork to avoid paying for wastage.

Unfortunately this service is discontinued due to the arrival of new DTF technology.

Eco solvent generally lasts 1year. If you need it to last longer than that, you need to laminate to protect against harsh weather.
Sublimation will last as long as the fabric last.
DTF will last 30+ washes

We do not proof read any documents, this is your sole responsibility to ensure that all wordings are correct, any changes required will attract an extra charge for reprint.

Its a client responsibility to ensure that images are of high quality and has no pixalation, the images should be of a certain dpi as per templates to avoid pixalation on print.

Once the artwork is approved and given a go ahead and it goes on the press or printer, the order can not be canceled and refunded. The waste will be entirely on account of the client.
